Virtual Appointments & Second Opinions
If you're unable to travel to our office or live at a distance, we are happy to offer virtual appointments for consultations and second opinions. This allows you to connect with Dr. Kaul from the comfort of your home while still receiving expert guidance.
To ensure we can provide you with the most accurate and thoughtful recommendations, we kindly request that you send us any relevant medical history, imaging (CT, MRI, or X-rays), operative reports, or lab results before your virtual appointment. This gives Dr. Kaul the opportunity to fully review your case in advance.

What to Bring to Your Visit
To make your visit as smooth as possible, please bring:
- A government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license)
- Your insurance card(s)
- A referral letter, if your insurance requires one
- Any relevant test results (labs, X-rays, MRIs, CT scans)
- A complete list of medications and supplements you are currently taking
When to Arrive
Please arrive 20–30 minutes early to complete any required forms and help us stay on schedule.

You don’t need to have all the answers when you book. If you’re unsure what kind of surgery you need, or whether surgery is right for you, Dr. Kaul will take the time to review your history, explain all your options, and help you feel comfortable making the best decision for your health.
Need to Cancel or Reschedule?
We understand things come up. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please call us at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer that time to another patient in need.
